Mission statement

The Dream Team advocates for more safe, secure and affordable supportive housing for people living with mental health and addiction issues. We do this by telling our personal stories about the life-altering benefits of supportive housing, by tackling discrimination, and by striving to eliminate barriers to the creation of more supportive housing.

Our goals

• To promote understanding and acceptance of people living with mental health and addiction issues.
• To support the development of more safe, secure and affordable supportive housing.
• To ensure that people living with mental health and addiction issues have the opportunity to achieve the fullest sense of self-worth and participation.
• To maintain an operational model that is consumer-driven, consumer-motivated, and consumer-centered.
